Hi, I am new to Cognos products, however one of my users is unable to execute the Cognos Impromptu program. Hourglass comes up for 2 seconds then goes away with no response. The mapped drive to the server does work, however if I try to open any of the reports stored on the server I get an error saying that part of the file is missing cannot be opened, blah, blah, blah...any ideas?
