Cognos Framework Manager - Bilingual

Hello,

Is there a way of import a file (Excel) for example into our Cognos model in FrameWork Manager to map the translation terms from Italian to English so that we do not need to type them many and also to avoid typing errors.

The goal is to ask the question end user to provides us an excel spread sheet with English and Italian words that will be used in our query items.

If so can anyone tell me exactly how to do that please ?
