when using the impromptu web com and having the two impromptu services running, at roughly the same time every day the services stop and leave the message

The impromptu web COM service (CER1) service terminated with server-specific error 2011

I don't use this product myself but looking on support web pages, try the following:

'Ensure the permissions on the WINNT\system32 directory and files are not read-only.'

Don't know if this will help.
