Cognos DTD/XML Schema files?

Does anyone have "valid" examples of Cognos DTD or XML Schema files for the DescribeNewsItem (input & output) and DescribeNewsBox (input & output) commands. The Cognos documentation is incorrect when it lists the DTD elements for the input and output XML files for both of these commands.

Any help would be appreciated.
