Cognos Dashboard refreshing stops working after 3 hours?

Whe build a dasboard, that refreshes every 15 minutes.
After 3 hours it stops working, does anyone know a solution fore this bug or is it a configuration in cognos?

Does the dashboard keeps it credentials, or are the cleaned after a wile?

Plz help
