Cognos Cube Filtering

I know one can have multiple dimensions in a Cube and one can even prompt users to enter values for each of them.

My question is this. Is is possible to update a Cognos Cube such that the user either supplies a value for all of the cube filter parameters, or the query is rejected with an error message ?

Could the Cognos scripting language be used to implement this ?
