Cognos 8.4. We just had a situation where Cognos shut down, upon investigating we saw that the Cognos Configuration had been completely wiped out - it appeared most if not all of the settings were reset to default values. Any idea how could happen or what logs to possibly check? We have audit turned on so we have an idea of time when last succussful reports were run and general time frame. Windows logs to see who might be on at that time? Any help appreciated. Thanks.
