Cognos Configuration Manager

Hello Everyone!!!

I have the following installed:

Windows 2003 Network
OS:Windows 2003 Enterprise Server
With 2 DC servers

Cognos is running using the domain administrator's password
But when I changed the domain administrator's password, its not working, it gives an error related to Active Directory LDAP.
Can any Cognos expert help me with my problem?

First, make sure that you are using at least Series 7 Version 2 MR1, as the other releases are not supported on 2003. Next, if you changed the administrator's password and this is the account that you use to bind to Active Directory, then you will have to modify the connection string in Access Manager.
- Right click on the AD server connection in AccMan and select properties.
- Go to the runtime credentials tab and change your password here.

The answer to your question is not in Configuration Manager, more than likely it's in a different component.
