Cognos Arabic

Hello Everyone!

I need your help on how to configure Arabic on Cognos.
I did the following but it didn't work:

1.Copy the file localemap.xml to Cognog\cer3 bin and cgi-bin.
2.Copy the file locale.tab to Cognos\cer3 bin.
3.Start Cognos by opening the current configuration.
4.Then to Locale and select ar-ae.
5. Retstart service,succesfully applied.
6.Re-configure Access-Manager Directory Server using administrator account.Restart service, successfully applied.
7. But when I restart the services on the top level it gave an error "Failed Activation of dispatcher"

Can someone help me on how to configure the arabic language on Cognos because we need this since we are working in the Middle East.

Hi.
U can solve this problem setting up in Configuration Manager.

Open the Current configuration file in Configuration Manager.
Cognos Shared --> Locale -->

set Locate to en-us
Native to Locale - enu_usa.1252
Encoding to windows - 1252

After that validate the Seletion and Apply and save.
Please , Let me know the progress.
