Cognos 8 - MS Excel data column shift issue

Hello,
When I refresh Cognos Analysis studio data in Excel, the current month's date column shifts appears before previous month...
For ex. before refresh columns appear as: Jan Feb Mar
After updating for April Data it looks like: Jan Feb Apr Mar

The column is set to sort by date but still outputs result in the above format.

Any help would be great!
