I have an event that sends an email with an attachment (shipment confirmation) to the customer's email address.
Unfortunately, there is no reference information in the subject or body, so when the customer replies with a question, we have no way of telling which document they are questioning.
Is it possible to include some information that is on the report in the subject and/or body?
For instance; if the pick list number is 99652, I would like to see 99652 somewhere in the email, separate from the attached .PDF file
