Cognos 8.4 installation - unable to access the content store

Installed cognos 8.4 and cannot start it. It cannot access the content store.
The insallation is all in 1 server have sql server 2005 for content store (windows authentication)
what can be the problem. I created this database after installing server and framework manager.

Did you add the login to the database to enable Cognos to create ContentStore objects? The account you use should be databaseowner and have read and write permissions.
