Cognos 8.4.1 Licensing Question

Hi all,

I'm actually trying to figure out the Cognos Licensing for using only the Powerplay Cubes with the Powerplay Client in Version 8.4.1. I have been quoted the following licenses and still in confused situation whether does the following components in the proposed licenses.

We are planning to build some cubes using the Transformation Server which output the cubes into the Cognos Powercube format. The 20 users will then use the Powerplay Client installed on their desktop to analyze the cube contents.

Here are the licensing components proposed by IBM

D06WQLL IBM Cognos 8 Business Intelligence Administrator Authorized User License + Software Subscription & Support 12 Months X 1

D071DLL IBM Cognos 8 Business Intelligence Powerplay Client Authorized User License + Software Subscription & Support 12 Months X 20

Will the license above include the Framework Manager, Transformer Server? and will it be sufficient or do i need to add in a Powerplay Admin license to ensure that the roles and security for the cubes are administrated correctly
I'm a bit skeptical as it does breakdown the component details.
