Using Cognos 10. When setting up to send a report via email, in the body we get "Navigation to the webpage was canceled" and "What you can try: Retype the address".
It is like something is in there but we can't see it.
We get this problem when we do the following:
Select "Run with Options" icon on a report
Select "advanced options"
Select "Run in the background:"
Select "Edit the options..."
In the body of the email we get "Navigation to the webpage was canceled" and "What you can try: Retype the address"
Select "Change to plain text"
We can then remove it and it is good but we don't want it defaulted in there.
Same issue if I go via "Schedule" icon.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
