Cognos 10.1 BI install problem

Hello,

I'm new in Cognos and I am trying to install now. The dispatcher doesn't start. I pasted the cogserver.log below.
Any ideas, please help.

What steps did you follow? After installation you need to use the configuration manager to configure the environment. At what point where you when things went wrong?
