Coding Page always defaults to Central European ISO

I have a Win98 PC with IE6.

The problem is that I need the browser to default to Western European (Windows) but it always defaults to Central European (ISO).

I can manually change to Western European (Windows) but once I close the browser and re-open it will be back at Central European (ISO).

Uncheck the first line, Auto Select
