I created an animated gif using Adobe ImageReady (ver 7). What code can I add to the animated file html so that when I click on the initial frame, it links me to a page in my website and when I click on the last frame, it links me to another page?

Plain and simple, you can't do that.

You can have the whole image as one link or no link. You can't state certain frames to have links. If you wanted to do something like that you would have to make a flash animation to do it and not an animated gif

Hope this helps!
