Codespear and Call Manager 4.0

We are attempting to interface a software called Codespear which does automatic notification to pagers,Phones.The system uses a gateway built in CCM and when we make internal calls from the software you can see the call come in and then when you pick up call there should be an automated message. When you pick up call there is no voice at all, but when Unity picks up the call, the message is then heard in mailbox. Any ideas on what could be causing this ptoblem? any help would be appreciated.

you can use Unity to notify pagers and other phones.

Yes this software was actully bought with a grant for Bio Terrorism and it is the same software for all hospitals in this area that is why we are using it.But thanks for the suggestion.
