We had an avaya business partner install our ip office 406 system with one remote site. We have been having a particular user experiencing echoing frequently. Not sure if anyone else is but she is the only one that has mentioned it. The calls are from outside parties. The remote site travels over the WAN and calls go out our PRI at the main site. The codec is set to G.711ULAW 64K. Is this the correct setting or should i use G.729. Also direct media path is enabled.
