Does anybody have a list of the codec compression values, that are used to calculate bandwidth?

Example:
G.711 = 8 compression value.
G.729A/B = 1 compression value.
All the others....

You can calculate the compression ratio from the codec output bit rate.

If you look in the specs for each codec it will give a range of bit rates where it is designed to work.

take this rate and divide by 64 kbps

Sorry, I know of no handy reference table.

I can give you typical values for high quality audio codecs (my background) but not for typical telephony codecs.
