Code to open form in Filter by Form mode with Access 97

Hi guys, i am fairly a novice at these data base things, but i notice on the records menu in access 97 you can apply this filter by form thingy, I have created a button and it's purpose will be just to open the form and do the above command. Thanks in advance.
