I have two websites. One is

http://www.charlies.com

and the other is

http://www.charlies.com/builders/index.html

On a command button,

how can I call up

the second url:

http://www.charlies.com/builders/index.html

on a command button. The command button will be on the index page of

http://www.charlies.com.
