Code stops at phantom breakpoint & displays VBE 1

I changed a module in Access some time ago and tested it with a BreakPoint.

Now, whenever the user runs the program, the code stops at the old Breakpoint and displays the VBE. There is no evidence that the break is still there.

How can I turn this off?

Make a dummy change in the code, suppress all breakpoints and finally compile the code.
