Hi Y'all.

Quick Question any help as always is much appreciated.

Concerning Reports/Forms in Access.

please let me know if this is necessary.

i want to write a load function that recognizes which setup iis best and changes page set up from landscape to portrait and vice-a-versa depending on the form/report open.

my question is how do i access the page setup print layout?

tried searching b4 posting but search feature down.

You can save these values with the report using page setup while designing the report, report will save the last settings from the printer dialog with the report. You can even choose a specific printer. Otherwise, if you want to code it so the user has a choice, it is going to get pretty advanced because these functions are handled by COMDLG.DLL, which is a Windows system object, and you have to pass commands and property settings to it from your Access app either using the Windows API or using the various COMDLG ActiveX controls available. That gets a little too advanced for the chat room. You might want to get a book or look at the help files for this one.
