Code Samples for Sales Order creation via BOI in C#/VB.Net

Hello. I came to this forum while searching for code samples for the BOI, specifically for creating a sales order, in C#/VB.Net. I found a couple samples, but most are incomplete. It looks like there was a .zip and .pdf passed around in this thread that would likely be exactly what I'm looking for:

However, those links no longer work. Might anyone have a copy of these files or could point me in the right direction? Finding samples for the BOI is driving me crazy. Thanks!
