I am assuming this is for a solution that you will deploying to clients?

What specifically are you wanting to restrict?
Complete access to source code?

If so, why?

If you want to restrict the ability of the client to 'bolt-on' new features, then I suggest refactoring your design into a 3 tiered model, and by doing so seperating out all of your business logic from ASP into a seperate COM+ layer.
