Code please, to rename folders from a list "if 110829 then rename to

Basically I have a project this weekend that I need to upload about 1 million documents. I have a spreadsheet with they reference numbers on it, lets say policy number. I also have on the sheet my policy number on the same line item which theirs would now refer to. My document system will upload directly with my numbers, but they are delivering in their numbers. Its 3600 folders.. So...... If I can find a code that will rename all of their folders with my numbers life is good. My relating text file can be in any format.

Theirs 139273, Mine 654354
