Code for Modem Drivers

I needed to put some of my own code in Modem drivers for data manipulation. but the drivers are inf and dll's which are installed.
Drivers can be written in C++ or Assembly language,Is there any source from where Code for some Generic Modem Drivers is available so that i can embed in my own code.
