code for international calls

Hi, please i want know if it's possible to make a short code or account code to make an international call, so even if the phone don't have access to international calls i can use this code to call.

You have to set use the Authorization Codes for that user and then make a short code to take the line with the flag "force authorization code".

try this example:
create an authorization code 1234 for the user 201.
create a short code for the the user 201.

code:0
function:dial
line group : wat you want
check "force authorisation code"

now from user 201 dial 0
wait for avaya sistem bip and then enter the code followed by #.
now you have the line tone and you can make your call.
