Have a site 1 hour drive away. Client called on Saturday said no dial tone on 3 lines- Told her to power up and down main CICS system. Lines all came back. Monday they say a few times calls disconnected thru day. Tuesday no issues but alarm 52-2-1 displays on main set.

Do we replace CID card ???

I think that would be the best first step.
Check voltages on the lines too....idle and ringing.

Am am guessing lines 5 to 8?

Line 2 was just added to system 1 week ago ???? line 3 is fax line...

The newer style CID trunk cards (NT7B75AAAx) were especially susceptible to high line current or high voltage, as Curlycord mentioned. If swapping the card doesn't fix the trouble check for line voltage above 50vdc (idle line) and line current above 27 mA.
