Hi.
I got trouble with voice recording in my NPX system some days ago. Now all new interactions has no voice recording, and when I try switch to "channel monitor" bookmark, i see next error message:
"Failed to load channel information
Check the following: 1. The Recording Unit is properly connected.
2. The NICE TDM Gateway and the NICE VoIP Logger services are up and running."
Any ideas how I can fix voice recordings? All Nice services are running, WireShark shows me correct incoming RTP packets on listening interface from AVAYA mediasource interface.
Nice NPX Version: 3.0.11, Avaya TSAPI Passive VoIP Static IP.
