Does anyone know where I could find some Microfocus
NetExpress COBOL code that calls a Delphi DLL.
I am new to COBOL and need some help. Any help is
much appreciated.

There's an example at Microfocus supportline the other way around, delphi calling cobol. Very primitive, but perhaps it helps you to understand the basics. Try this link:
Click "Self-Service", "Net Express Examples $ Utilities", "Samples". In the catagory "Mixed Language" you will find examples in mixing different languages with cobol.
Tip from myself: keep in mind the call convention (should be 74) and the type of parameters.
