There are four COBOL compilers for Linux: LegacyJ PERCobol, RM/Cobol, Micro Focus and AcuCobol. LegacyJ PERCobol has a full IDE with language sensative editor, graphical debugger, project manager, todo lists, deploy tool and other helpful features to aid in application development.

Please, if somebody run lpi/cobol for xenix ; i need file: "as" . Thank.

There's also KOBOL, yes with a K, multi-platform
IDE and compiler for COBOL on Linux and Windows.

SuSE 6.x have a version of Acu COBOL included. It is well hidden as part of the AdabasD package.
(do not upgrade to version 7.x or 8.x, your cobol version will not work anymore...)
