COBOL compile error on AIX

Hello experts
I am trying to compile a cobol program under AIX. I am getting the following error.

root@A70ATEDID /usr/lpp/cobol/bin>IGYCCOB2 test.cob
IGYSI5263-U Load failed, error.: A file or directory in the path name does not
exist.
IGYSI5213-U
An error occurred while attempting to load
module "IGYCDOPT".
The compiler terminated abnormally
root@A70ATEDID >

We did install recently and this is the first cobol program we are trying. Any body have any suggestions to fix this error?

Is this the standard IBM GUI COBOL compiler ?

If so, we always compile from the IDE within X-windows.
