I've got a customer who wants to be able to answer calls via delay ring to an analog set when the receptionist is busy and/or unavailable. They have a Mitel SX-200 ICP CX controller. Normally this wouldn't be a problem. Just build a hunt group that rings with the receptionist phone, and then have it overflow to the hunt group with the analog set. The problem lies within the fact that they have individual CO line appearances on their IP phones. They really would like to be able to see which line people are calling on. Is there any way to keep this active and still have it overflow or delay ring to the analog station? Any feedback is much appreciated.

You can route CO line keys on no answer via form 19 - Alternate CO line recall point.

I think you could create a key appearance on the set (form 9), expand set, set a key to be a CO line, Incoming only, delay ring and then assign trunk number.

I think that will only work with a CO that is not hunt group etc, just a single line.
