Have a ACS R7 that the customer wants all 5 CO lines to ring to Extension #24 after hours. We assigned the Night Service button to Ext #10 and assigned the Ext #24 to the Night Service Extension Group(#504).
What are the steps to assign the (5) CO lines to night service so they only ring to Ext #24 - no other extensions when the NS button in enabled? Or does this happen automatically?
