Hi All,
A strange issue...
TDE100 with T7636 phones.
There are 30 incoming lines, all have an ICD group with extensions as members.
On 4 of these lines certain extensions are not members of the relevant ICD group - and the line does not ring there.
The users use headsets and use the "SP-Phone" button to pick up the next call. If this is one of the 4 lines they still get the call.
How can I stop this...
