CO line not in ICD but extension can pick it up with SP button

Hi All,

A strange issue...

TDE100 with T7636 phones.

There are 30 incoming lines, all have an ICD group with extensions as members.
On 4 of these lines certain extensions are not members of the relevant ICD group - and the line does not ring there.

The users use headsets and use the "SP-Phone" button to pick up the next call. If this is one of the 4 lines they still get the call.
How can I stop this...

If they are not set to ring or not a member of the group they can't answer the call by lifting the handset.
They must be pressing a key for either the line flashing on the phone because they are in the group but set to no ring or they have a pickup button or code and picking up someone else's call
 
Hi again! Thanks for that. I was convinced all was right but followed it all through again following your post. Lo and behold, wrong descriptions against the groups - I had amended the wrong ones. Thanks!
