CO Calls Transfer Back to the Console

Any idea where to check and stop the CO calls from transferring back from the destination (Ext.s) to the console (Recall - No Answer)displays in the console when the ringing time expires?

FYI, no alternative routes are programmed for this case,

Any advice??
 
No answer recall timer in the COS of console (or trunks...cant remember which will take affect).
 
Extend or blank the timer in the trunk COS.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

What do want to happen instead?
