It cannot be done.
There's a good reason: it's a terribly bad idea. The project file should be "owned" by only one person: the PM.
You can distribute extracts using Excel (I've posted about this elsewhere ... you can search it out) and get replies which the PM evaluates and incorporates into the schedule as appropriate.
