Fiber backbone connecting all sites with Cisco Network
About a month ago, we had a major network outage. Soon after that, we started getting intermittent CNF020 errors on our branches and TDS005 on our MG's. My question is this, does anyone know of a patch or if Nortel knows this is an issue or how to fix this? We get these after midnight routines, but only one switch or 2 at a time and it is always a different site each morning, it seems to move around and never the same one in a row.
