CND -> Call pilot global address book sync

I have a customer who would like to implement the ability to sync Call Pilot mailbox names with CND. Their goal is to use the Call Pilot manager interface to drive name changes in their Corporate Directory.
I've set up the CND/CP name sync and those names do show up in CND. However, when I generate a Corporate Directory, those names that are in CND do not populate the .xls sheet. The spreadsheet is totally blank.
Any ideas out there on how to sidestep this issue? Is anyone out there trying to accomplish the same end result? Comments welcome.

Well, the good news is, your working with LDAP structures which if your gifted with scripting, should be a breeze to config. Bad news is, you have know how to script LDAP directory structures

wait a sec. CND <> Corporate Directory. CND == Common Name Directory. To populate the Corporate Directory .csv file that is stored on the PBX itself, you need to do make sure your syncing your CND to your Corp Directory and your updating your corporate directory on the pbx regularly. It doesn't update itself unless you have scheduled it to do so through TM.

I have same problem in tm2.2 with rel4.5 cs1000m.Whenever iam trying to generate coorperatory directory using tm2.2,its showing "cannot connect to CND".Can u help me to send me once u get any solution of ur thresd.
