CMS Web report sorting issue

A user mentioned that CMS web reports sort differently than the thick client does and I have verified this issue.
If I click on a column to sort ACD calls the web client will sort by leading digit instead of whole number so that 1, 10, 11, 12...etc show up instead of 1, 2, 3, 4....

Does anyone have a solution? The user would prefer not to have to export the data and import to excel and we're not rolling out the thick client to anyone.

I'd look up the version you have an see if its a known issue and fixed in a later release. If not, Avaya ticket time.

This is R19.2 so I'm not sure if it's a new issue or expected behavior for the CMS web client.
