CMS v13 Password Corruption

The company I am supporting have just upgraded to CMS v13 and are accessing stats via Citrix. When users go to login to CentreVU Supervisor v13 through Citrix they get an error saying that their password is incorrect. However, when they type in the password slower they get through. The problem is intermittant which makes it harder to figure out.

Has anyone else come across this issue? Is it a Citrix issue or CMS?

Try accessing the cms via 'manual' login.

yes of course it's a citrix issue. it's a common problem with all remote access environments, either citrix or microsoft terminal server or anything else. the only solution i see is instructing users to type password slowly, as you did already.
