I was able to login into my Usupervisor account 2 days ago and have come back to work and tried to log back in and it comes up with the login screen with my login name and server address in it but no server name, login or password beside where I type it just has two dots. This then stops me logging on. The machine is running 2000. If I log into a xp machine it works fine. Is there an issue with 2000, java or anything else. Your suggestions and assistance are much appreciated.

sounds like your cache file has become corrupt. Delete the cache file and that should take care of the problem.

The file should be located in c:\Program Files\Avaya\CMS Supervisor\cache
