I just like to ask how can I find the password of every user in the CMS using the login root via telnet the ip address of the cms.

gadalmatian,

you can't find any password. cms being unix-based system stores all user accounts in /etc/passwd file, and passwords are stored in /etc/shadow file in encrypted form. it is theoretically possible to decrypt these passwords but it's not worth the effort, easier to change them to some known default.
