CMS: TG Busy Hour % Occupancy Field Calculation

If my collection interval is set to 30 minutes, is the calculation for the % occupancy field in the canned Trunk Busy Hour report ((dtkgrp.BH_INTIME + dtkgrp.BH_OUTTIME) / (36 * dtkgrp.TRUNKS)) still valid? I am thinking the 36 should be changed to 18.

That calculation is independant of the interval. It depends only of the BH_xxxx items of the database, that are hourly. To get the percentage, you still need to divide by 36 (multiply by 100 and divide by 3600 seconds)
