First, thank you for your time. I really appreciate this resource. Second, I am looking for some quality documentation with user-friendly instruction on how to generate reports using CMS. It seems pretty simple but I'm having a very hard time finding something worth using or modifying for our users. We use Agents, Split/Skill, VDN, and Vector reporting fairly extensively. I could just create one myself, and perhaps that's the best way to go but why spend all that time if someone here knows of a document that already exists that i could use or build off, right?
