When running CMS reports and choosing the Australia/West time zone the reports are off by 1 hour.
I have confirmed.
The time on their phones (Australia) is correct.
PBX time is correct.
CMS is clocking off of PBX. ACD setting to PBX.
I am thinking we made need a DST patch on the CMS but business partner says there is no fix.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
