I am not a CMS Guy and just want to ask some advice if I am not maxing out the CMS storage. Please see below if I am still safe in terms of resources and storage for ACD 3 below:

======================================================
Total Free Space: 179963182

Dbspace Current Allocated Available Space used
Name Size Size Space to Date
acd1 9474000 9438706 35294 2635430
acd2 9474000 9438706 35294 1158566
acd3 16130000 16116610 13390 3942004
======================================================

you're fine. If you look at the allocated size for acd3, you'll see 16116610 has been set aside for this, which is more space than has been set aside for the acd1 and acd2. You've only used 3942004 out of the 16116610.

In other words for acd3 you have only used 24.459% of the available (allocated) space.

Thanks inregard for the explanation! Here are another follow up questions though,
1. If i were to turn on ACD 2, how could I do this? Since ACD2 on this CMS is not being used anymore.
2. If I reallocate the disk space intended for ACD2 to ACD3, would this be posible?

Thanks again my friend.

1. The data for ACD 2 will be available until the ACD is removed or has expired though the data sotrage allocation rules, so ACD 2 will already be turned on. However in CMS speak turning on an ACD really means enabling data collection to a live switch (Communication Manager (CM))
2. As you already have 180GB of free space you don't really need to worry about the used or allocated space on ACD 2.

Hope this helps

Thanks multibus2. So this means that if I intend to recycle the allocated resources (free space) from acd2 to acd3, I have to completly delete acd2 from CMS right?

do you have a procedure on how can this be done?

Correct however there is no real need to do this as you have so much free space already.
