CMS showing Other when Logged Out

I have one CMS with 4 different ACDs feeding into it. All in different physical locations.

One ACD has started showing the Agents in the "Other" state on the Real Time Agent Report when they are logged out. They should disappear from the report altogether.

I can status the station on the pbx and see that they are not logged into the skill.

This is only happening on Real Time reports for this one location. I have rebooted the CMS, but it is still occuring.
